relationships. You will play a critical part in negotiating
competitive rates and contracts, identifying new carrier
opportunities, and expanding our service offerings. Your ability to
monitor and manage load performance will ensure timely deliveries
and the resolution of any issues, providing the best service to our
clients. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align carrier
capacity with customer demands, maintaining detailed records of
carrier interactions and agreements. This position is ideal for
individuals with strong negotiation skills, in-depth understanding
