Role and Responsibilities: Maintain regular communication with
clients to sustain sales momentum. Develop genuine relationships

Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their property
goals, then match them with homes that perfectly align with their
needs. Conduct engaging open houses that showcase our featured
listings. Oversee every aspect of the transaction process, from
listing agreement to closing day, ensuring seamless and successful
deals. Connect with prospective clients to generate new business
leads. Become a neighborhood expert – acquire in-depth knowledge of
the local market and landscape, confidently addressing inquiries
about listings, property values, and area amenities. What We Seek
in Candidates: An active Real Estate License is required. Previous
sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency
with technology and online tools. Exceptional communication,
persuasion, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter
attitude with intrinsic motivation. Excellent planning and time
