Job Description:
US Foods, a leader in foodservice distribution, is seeking an
experienced National Sales Manager to oversee our sales strategy
and manage our nationwide sales team. As a National Sales Manager,
you will be pivotal in sustaining our market leadership and will be
instrumental in the growth and development of our sales operations
across the United States. Your expertise will drive the
implementation of our sales strategies, ensuring alignment with
customer needs and company goals. Develop and execute strategic
national sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Oversee the
national sales team leaders and ensure the achievement of sales
targets. Manage key customer relationships and participate in
closing strategic opportunities. Monitor competition by gathering
current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products,
delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Recruit, select,
onboard, and train new sales staff. Prepare annual budget and
quarterly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
sales data and trends. Liaise with marketing and product
development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase
sales. Proven ability to design and implement strategic sales plan.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Analytical and
problem-solving skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales
Leadership Professional (CSLP) or similar certification
preferred.
