salespeople to join our growing specialty Bioscience sales team. We
are expanding nationally, and are looking for talented individuals
with a proven track record in outside B2B sales. In this role, you
will be working with physicians and health care organizations
providing solutions to laboratory needs. The ideal candidate is
self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to succeed. Medical
experience may not be necessary for the right candidate. However,
outside sales and cold calling experience are required.Benefits:

duties.Essential Duties: --- --- Promote Southwest Lab products and
services to current and potential clients. --- --- Prospecting of
new clients --- --- Outbound sales (phone, email, in-person,
online, etc.) --- --- Conduct sales meetings with prospective
clients --- --- Conduct sales presentations --- --- Primary
collector coverage when a collector is unavailable. --- ---
Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing
clients --- --- Virtually attend weekly sales calls --- --- Timely
responses to all inquiries from all sources --- --- Responsible for
required account setup paperwork --- --- Responsible for working on
the account during the setup phase --- --- Help educate clients on
established SWL processes and procedures --- --- Supplies ordering
and maintenance --- --- Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance with
specimen collectors --- --- Work as part of a team with the common
goal of territory success. --- --- Assist Territory development
with the various task as set needed --- --- Assist with training of
new collectorsEducation/Certification/Experience Requirements: ---
--- College degree or equivalent work experience. --- --- Sales
experience required ( 3-5 years) with a track record of
successStrong understanding of the sales process --- --- Strong
writing and verbal skills required --- --- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Word and Outlook required --- --- Valid Driver's
LicenseKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: --- --- Effective
