Job Description:
Marvin, a leader in crafting made-to-order windows and doors, is
seeking a dynamic Retail Brand Ambassador to join our innovative
team. With a heritage dating back over a century, Marvin has
consistently delivered high-quality, functional and beautifully
designed products to enhance living spaces. In this role, you will
be the face of Marvin, engaging with customers and providing
insightful product knowledge to boost brand preference and drive
sales at retail locations. Represent Marvin with professionalism
and an in-depth understanding of our products during in-store
promotions and events Educate potential customers on the quality,
design, and value of Marvin products, inspiring them to make
purchases Build and nurture relationships with retail store staff
and management to ensure brand visibility and top-of-mind awareness
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on strategic product
promotion initiatives Manage product displays, ensuring they are
set up to attract attention and inform customers effectively Gather
customer feedback and provide insights to marketing and product
development teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
effectively demonstrate and promote high-end products Knowledge of
sales tactics and principles Capability to work independently and
as part of a team High level of personal motivation and initiative
to achieve sales targets
