We are looking for part time Sales staff to work with us instore to help people live better lives by riding bikes. Some of the things you will be doing on a daily basis to help purchase bikes and gear to get out an enjoy a bike ride - Greeting customers, collecting information that is important to them, make product recommendations, demonstrate the product through a test ride, capture customer information and close the sale. Duties include but are not limited to: Duties Greet customers and utilize the sales process to understand a customer's needs and ascertain the right combination of products and services for the customer. Provide positive and excited one of a kind customer service. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Other duties as needed / assigned. Requirements Got to like helping people Play well with others Experience preferred working in retail sales. Previous bike shop sales experience preferred.
