Job Description:
Title: GIS Analyst - (ROW & Easements)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Duration: 12 months (possible long-term extensions/conversion)
Pay: $32 (Negotiable for the right fit)
Must Have:
Experience dealing specifically with Land Work at the county level
(i.e., Surface & Mineral Ownerships, Easements & Right-of-Way,
Railroad Commission, Environmental Concerns, etc.)
Above average understanding of County Records in regards to Land
Work (i.e., Warranty Deeds, Easements & Right-of-Way,
Encroachments, Modifications, Amendments, Memorandums,
Condemnations, etc.)
ArcPro (version 3.0)
Experience in Database Management
Experience in Oil & Gas, Mineral Rights, Land
