You'll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: --- Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made --- Take additional maintenance requests as assigned --- Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed --- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks --- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Qualifications: --- Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent --- Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems --- Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends --- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques --- Over 2 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $13 - $15 an Hour---
