Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for
their manufacturing facility located near Angus,
TXResponsibilities:Leads all functions to meet quality and food
safety requirements.Work with employees to develop good working
relationships and high morale while performing administrative
duties as it relates to the production process.Training and
developing employees, holding safety meetings, and troubleshooting
areas that may cause a problems within production.Complies with
regulatory guidelines and fosters positive working relations with
local and state agencies including USDA and OSHA.Requirements/
Skills:3-5 years as a SupervisorMicrosoft Word and Excel
proficient.Demonstrated success in management of safety as well as
food manufacturing environment compliances.Must have excellent
