Job Description Job Description LHH is currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy within a dynamic healthcare environment. This position directly manages a team of junior marketing professionals and oversees relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. The role is based onsite at our client's office in the Dallas area and is essential to driving brand growth, patient engagement, and business success. Responsibilities: · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. · Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI. · Manage and evaluate agency partnerships, ensuring effective communication, performance delivery, and cost efficiency. · Develop content strategies, oversee campaign execution, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. · Monitor industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. · Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to senior leadership. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. · Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. · Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, pharma, or medical device sectors preferred). · Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools. · Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work onsite at our client's office in the Dallas, TX area.
