Position details: Title: Onboarding Specialist Client: Bank Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: 06 Month Pay Rate: $17.50 - 20.0/HR About the Role: The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. This role involves providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will assist in training less experienced team members. Responsibilities: Key multiple entries from different groups into various programs for processing. Manage different queues associated with account operations. Provide quality service and support for internal and external clients. Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members. Education: Relevant educational background in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Required Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated cooperative and professional work attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Required
