City of Austin - Capital Delivery Services DepartmentThe Capital Delivery Services Department (CDS) is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Technology Services (TSD) division. This position will be part of the Systems Development section within TSD, supporting the department's mission to provide agile and responsive enterprise technology solutions that align with CDS business processes.The successful candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for:

• Identifying, building, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting software, workflows, tasks, tools, and processes used in the PMWeb Application.
• Providing full-time system administration, maintenance, and support for the organization's PMWeb Project Management System.
• Liaising with Capital Delivery Services stakeholders and various City Departments to define and create customized workflows and reports.
• Assisting and advising end users on the correct usage of the system.Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, open-minded when approaching challenges, capable of identifying solutions, providing professional recommendations, defining and executing best practices, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
