JOB SUMMARY Our Bar Backs have a strong passion for excellence and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. They ensure high quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and inventory control for all food & beverage menu items served throughout the club.

DAY-TO-DAY --- Creating custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality. --- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned. --- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and company and/or departmental policies/procedures and all state and federal liquor laws. Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.

ABOUT YOU --- One-year related supervisory experience required in Catering and Banquet, Bar operations, or foodservice related position --- Self-motivated with a positive attitude --- Adaptable to change - can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach --- Basic understanding of spirits, wine, and beer, as well as other products, offered --- Knowledge of standard bar equipment, including dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine, etc. --- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment --- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
