Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating production
support activities for all major systems and related subsystems.
Your role is critical to ensuring focus, direction, and creating a
controlled environment for swift resolution of High Severity
Incidents. As an essential member of the team, your
responsibilities involve a technical understanding of architecture
and environments supported. Successful candidates will possess:
Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the
ability to effectively and clearly communicate complex scenarios to
non-technical colleagues, internal stakeholders and third parties,
as well as colleagues and business partners Strong analytical
skills to support synthesis of knowledge and information out of
abstract and varying types of data points A strong ability to
prioritize and complete multiple tasks during time critical and
high pressure situations independently Attention to detail and a
results-driven approach Responsibilities: Aid in troubleshooting
problems, involving the appropriate resources and ensuring fixes
are applied as quickly as possible Effectively facilitate incident
bridge participation Communicate to executive leadership status and
progress of incident bridges Document and track key tasks, impacts,
and progress Assess priority for major incidents with support teams
and senior IT/Business Leadership Consult in debriefs with Problem
Management Supports changes and proactive monitoring Basic
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 5
years of experience in Information Technology with direct
experience in incident response At least 1 year of experience in
ITIL processes At least 1 year of Cloud experience Preferred
Qualifications: Knowledge of the principles and practices of root
cause analysis, risk management and continuous quality improvement
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or above At this time, Capital
