Do you find enjoyment in helping customers with their needs over the phone?Insurance Licensing Services of America (ILSA), a ReSource Pro company, is looking for an organized, team-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our customer service team at Insurance Licensing Services of America (ILSA) in Groesbeck, TX. As the point of contact for responding to our clients' needs both over the phone and via email, this role is crucial to serving our clients.   • Respond promptly to client needs over phone and email
  • Verify licenses and process filings
  • Process and send reports and payment information to clients
  • Monitor relevant changes in state laws
  • Complete compliance reviews for new clients
  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls with clients
  • Coordinate with ILSA team members on daily tasksQualifications:
    • Customer service experience and a Service-centric approach to connecting with clients
    • Experience working at a call center or communicating with customers over the phone highly preferred
    • A desire to strengthen your customer service skills
    • Patience, listening skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and organization in correspondence and documentation
    • Technology Savvy – comfort with Microsoft Office and computer programs
