contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by
leading administrative responsibilities and accountabilities with
dedicated areas of expertise within the Twin Cities / Wisconsin
Market.RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIESLead a specific
administrative process area within the Twin Cities / Wisconsin
MarketPayrollSettlement & Accounts ReceivableSales, Delivery, &
Customer SupportSupervise the Sales & Delivery Administrative
Support team in Milwaukee WI locationMonitors, analyzes, and
effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment
of planned business targetsLead efforts to track and collect on
Special Events activityResearch and resolve customer issues on
behalf of Sales or Delivery ManagementConduct periodic audits and
trend reviews to mitigate risksProvide administrative support to
the Milwaukee MN Unit Sales Director, maintaining a high degree of
professionalism and confidentialityRun, analyze, and distribute
reporting as neededServe in a back-up capacity for direct reports
and other Twin Cities / Wisconsin Market team members, ensuring a
timely and accurate completion of tasksProvide planning & execution
support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement
parties, and employee recognition opportunitiesMaintains Archive
Room organization and document retention policy, including the
arrangement of secure shredding services to destroy post-dated yet
confidential documentsOther administrative and customer support
responsibilities as assignedCovid-19 vaccination may be a condition

Qualifications/RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience in
prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of
urgency5+ years of experience providing administrative supportPrior
leadership experience managing direct reportsOutstanding
organization, time management, and follow-up skillsDetailed
knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and
ExcelAptitude to work with minimal supervision - set goals, create
and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward
goalsSelf-motivated and proactiveMust be a strong team
playerAbility to become proficient in multiple IT
applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication
skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree
