QA Complaint Clerk duties:
Subject to extended periods of attending to detail, sitting,
standing and walking, vision to monitor, lifting boxes weighing up
to 35# for women and 40# for men and moderate noise levels.
Work is performed in office and warehouse environments.
Manages the batch record review, review of complaint samples,
storage of retains and coordination of complaint investigations
Timely completion of complaint tasks is extremely important
Responsible for coordinating tasks of the investigations to meet
the due dates.
