First, ask if we have met or exceeded their expectations. Second, thank them for being our guest and invite them back. 4. Serve hot food hot and cold food cold Always serve breadsticks piping hot. 5. Demonstrate hospital clean standards to enjoy a safe and enjoyable environment for your guests and fellow associates. 6.
