Summary: This position is responsible for inventory tracking and
control of finished goods by managing inventory through a database
and routinely perform cycle counts to maintain appropriate levels.
This role must follow inventory procedures to ensure proper
accuracy and retention of records.
Major Tasks Performed: - Ensure correct data entry - Communicate
promptly and courteously with site and suppliers - Conduct
perpetual inventory integrity through cycle counts - Participate in
projects and special assignment - Run negative inventory reports,
investigate and make inventory adjustments as needed - Perform
cycle counting, reconcile reports and record documentation - Assist
in receipts of purchase orders - Investigate of receipts, open
orders, invoices - Ensure accurate receipt materials - Ensure
proper maintenance rework verification - Prompt and courteous
communications with site and suppliers - Other duties assigned by
Must be at least 18 years of age Mus have high school diploma or
GED Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment
visa status Must have at least 1 year of experience with Excel,
Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field 1
year of experience in a plant or distribution environment.
