In this role, you will be tasked with responding to inquiries and providing guidance, information, and additional assistance as necessary, while serving in this critical support role.A day in the life of a Data Entry Operator includes:Completing call guides, following scripts; gathering, entering and verifying required informationAdhering to established customer service and documentation standards within required time framesAdhering to established levels of serviceAdhering to contact center scheduling, ensuring telephone coverage during contact center hours of operationAttending telephone skills and program information training sessions addressing policies, procedures and the handling of confidential information related to personal informationAs a successful candidate for this role, you are:Compassionate and empathetic with a high sense of customer focusA proactive agent for change, possessing high energy and a passion for providing world-class customer serviceEnergetic and enthusiastic with a desire to achieve high levels of successAble to thrive in a high-energy demanding environment that requires a sense of urgencyQUALIFICATIONS:You MUST have:High school diploma or equivalent; AND1 or more years of related customer service and/or contact center experienceAccess to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (Satellite provided Internet Service will not qualify)Ability to work remotely ( from the comfort of your own home) in a quiet work environment free from distractionExperience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technologyOutstanding interpersonal skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT:Shift work required (MUST have ability and willingness to work any full time shift)This opportunity is expected to last 60 - 90 daysOur core values- HONESTY , TRUST , TRANSPARENCY , and ALIGNMENT reinforce our steadfast commitment to helping our government customers meet the challenges they face each day.
