Administrative Assistant - Compliance

Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Compliance
Administrative Assistant (internally, Franchise Compliance Support
Specialist) will perform a wide variety of clerical and
administrative tasks to support the Compliance department,
including Accounts Receivable and Franchise Compliance.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties such as data entry,
copying, filing, scanning and indexing.
- Assist and support Compliance Manager, Accounts Receivable
Coordinators and Franchise Compliance Administrators with day to
day operations which may include contact with internal and external
- Update, maintain, and manage multiple spreadsheets daily.
Successfully communicate and work with brand presidents, officers,
external contacts, and internal departments to perform

Education & Experience:
- Education: High School Education or Equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced
