Position OverviewUnder the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Administrative Assistant (internally, Franchise Compliance Support Specialist) will perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the Compliance department, including Accounts Receivable and Franchise Compliance. Primary Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative duties such as data entry, copying, filing, scanning and indexing.Assist and support Compliance Manager, Accounts Receivable Coordinators and Franchise Compliance Administrators with day to day operations which may include contact with internal and external parties.Update, maintain, and manage multiple spreadsheets daily. Successfully communicate and work with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform responsibilities. Use and continue paperless document management systems.Maintain confidentiality of personal information.Interface with others in a professional manner and be a trusted go-to person.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented.Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support.High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Sense of humor. Education & Experience: Education: High School Education or EquivalentExperience: 1-2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
