Summary of Job Purpose: Consistent monitoring of inventory at
location while validating processes are followed and assisting
General Store Manager for overall accuracy. The primary duties and
responsibilities for this position include the following but others
can be assigned as needed:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Utilizes knowledge of Motility Unit Inventory (Profit Centers,
Current Locations, Lot Locations, Inventory Status, Exp Del Date),
Reporting (Custom Reports, Unit Inventory Manager) and
uploading/scanning documents to perform job requirements.
+ Ensures accuracy of the lot's inventory by monitoring the
profit centers on site inventory and incoming inventory via
+ Accurately flip incoming/outgoing inventory at time of
delivery/transfer, updating current and lot locations and status
within Motility and various unchecking of boxes if applicable.
+ Ensure accuracy of company unit inventory by scanning and
uploading documents from packets out of arriving units and emailing
the check in sheets to dispatch at corporate in real time.
+ Establish department reliability by reporting damage to any
unit to the Service Manager and notifying inventory manager and
inventory personnel of lot damaged units, driver damaged units
and/or other various occurrences involving the inventory.
+ Achieves overall success with organization of lot, requesting
of units, condition of aged inventory and relaying
shipping/receiving needs with the general manager.
+ Coordinates the lot by conducting monthly inventory audit of
all units, ensures the proper POP, MSRP and price sheets are in
arriving units and accuracy of all lot locations and status' on
units(new, used and trade ins).
+ Communicates proper training and enforces company policies and
