The search is on for a personable, friendly and very outgoing
Front Office Coordinator for this local Title Company! This company
likes to promote from within and their current Front Office
Coordinator is moving on up into an Escrow Assistant position. If
you have any experience in Real Estate, Title Company, Insurance,
Banking or Mortgage type businesses, that would make you perfectly
prepared to advance within this Title Company too. This Front
Office Coordinator and Customer Service Professional will be this
company's Director of First Impressions. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
$15/hr. +, DOE. Bilingual skills would be preferred but are not
required. JOB DUTIES: Answering phones. Greeting and waiting on
walk-in customers. Greeting closing guests and getting them seated
in closing rooms. Receipting real estate contracts. Data-Entry of
orders into computer. Making file folders. Baking cookies and
making coffee. keeping up with ordering supplies. Making daily
deposits. Keeping closing rooms clean and supplied with pens and
candy. Dropping off mail and FedEx each afternoon. Scanning
inspection reports into computer system and placing in files.
Ordering surveys and looking up prior surveys. Other administrative
duties as they arise. Interested candidates must have intermediate
to advanced computer skills for the daily data-entry of information
into this company's industry specific and windows-based software.
Also need the ability to cover the front desk, phones and greeting
walk-in clients with a welcoming personality and smile all day long
while simultaneously dealing with a fast-paced work environment.
Bilingual skills would be a plus to help with translating during
the closing process.
