Kelly Services is hiring a Contract Clerk II for a local customer in Waco, Texas.--Job Requirements:

• Answering phones, good customer services skills, MS office with some excel knowledge.
• Will do data entry into spreadsheets.
• Five years of qualifying work experience--
• Can do attitude and an all-around team player--
• 10 Key proficient A MUST--
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel--
• Excellent organization skills--
• Pleasant disposition and neat and business professional appearance--
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form--Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:--
  • Opening the mail and sorting checks--
  • Daily application of cash receipts to customer accounts--
  • Daily reconciliation of cash application to cash in bank--
  • Assisting customers with questions and research customer billing issues--
  • Preparation and mailing of customer invoices and monthly statement preparation--
  • Preparation of customer payments--
  • Assist with customer collections--
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual customer compliance statements.--
