We have been named Best Place to Work 3 years in a row and are currently hiring a Route Sales Representative in Waco and would love for you to join us!What does the job entail?Sales * You would use your knowledge on our promotions and products to successfully sell product to the clients on your route.* Offer new product to customers.* Keep current customers and attract new ones.* Negotiate shelf space and introduction to new productsCustomer Service* Maximize sales through strong customer service* Proudly represent the company out in the market and deliver exceptional customer service to clients by properly stocking product, merchandising, and rotating product.* Build rapport and relationships with clients.Driving * You would be driving our box trucks to deliver and sell Latino products to stores/restaurants in your assigned route.Inventory Management * Place product order, review it and upload it every day before leaving the warehouse.* Responsible for truck cleanliness, inventory, and equipment.* Close daily sales with check in clerk.What is needed? * Valid Driver's License* Clean background check* Authorization to work in the US* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.* Muchas ganas de trabajar!Perks: * Medical Insurance* Dental & Vision Insurance* Life InsuranceJob Types: Full-time, CommissionPowered by JazzHRfbVtkz9MwZ
