Job Description Job Description About the Role The purpose of
this role is to program manage all operational aspects related to
manufacturing high-volume cutting-edge energy management products
in the USA. This includes NPI, product transfers and day-day
operational elements at our Arlington, TX manufacturing facility.
This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for
collaborating across different functions in the organization to
achieve the program objectives identified for each program. In
addition, this role also will be responsible for establishing and
managing program governance structures, and own and drive
communication to customers on program progress, risks and
deliverable status. What you will do: Lead all NPI and product
transfers to the Arlington, TX site. Manufacturing point of contact
to drive cross-functional teams to achieve the objectives of the
program. Manage component material availability and support
material procurement for bottleneck operations. Drive Capacity
Expansion programs for the Arlington, TX site across all product
lines. Support global procurement teams for component localization
activities and simplifying the supply chain. Present Weekly and
Ad-hoc Status Reports to Customers on Program progress. Be the
de-facto operations leader for miscellaneous projects. Who you are
and What you bring: B.S. Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering,
or other suitable educational background or work experience;
M.S/MBA preferred 8 plus years of Manufacturing and/or Program
Management Experience is required. Direct experience in electronics
manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge on supply chain operations,
demand and capacity planning . Familiar with Electronics
Manufacturing, and Mechanical Assembly Processes. Good Influencing
Capability on Vendor Side to Drive External Factory Operations.
Work with Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams,
able to work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills Good learner, proactive and team player Experience in
proactively identifying improvement areas in all facets and
proposing solutions. RCCA based culture for quality improvement and
continuous learning. Excellent written and oral communication
skills, able to communicate at all levels.
