family law attorney to join our Austin team in a hybrid role. In
this position, you will represent real families navigating divorce,
custody, SAPCRs, and more with heart, strategy, and strength.

magic. Compensation and Benefits $85,000 – $115,000, depending on
experience plus performance-based bonus compensation you will

$85,000 – $115,000 yearly Responsibilities: - Represent clients in
family law cases, including divorce, custody, and SAPCRs, with
empathy and strategic insight. - Prepare and draft legal documents,
such as pleadings, motions, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with legal standards. - Conduct thorough legal research
to support case strategies and provide clients with informed
advice. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and
goals, offering clear guidance and support throughout the legal
process. - Negotiate settlements and agreements, advocating for
clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and
integrity. - Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases
effectively and confidently to achieve favorable outcomes. -
Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping
them informed and involved in their cases at every stage of the
process. Qualifications: - Experience in family law, particularly
in divorce and custody cases, is essential. - Ability to draft and
prepare legal documents with precision and adherence to legal
standards. - Proven track record of conducting thorough legal
research to support case strategies. - Strong negotiation skills to
advocate for clients' best interests in settlements and agreements.
- Ability to represent clients confidently in court hearings and
trials, achieving favorable outcomes. - Excellent communication
skills to maintain open and consistent dialogue with clients. -
Empathy and strategic insight to understand and address clients'
