audiences. As a Manager of Analytics and Measurement, you'll join
our innovative Analytics and Data Science practice, a team
dedicated to creating dynamic, integrated analytics solutions that
drive business success. We work across digital marketing
channels—Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social, Video,
Affiliate, Brand, and Mobile—to help some of the world's most
recognized brands make smarter decisions and achieve their goals.
In this role, you'll collaborate with talented professionals across
Media, Client Strategy, Ad Operations, and Technology to deliver
actionable insights and custom analytics solutions for clients
across a variety of industries. You'll also lead and mentor a team
of analysts, fostering a supportive environment that values growth

What You'll Be Doing Lead the delivery of analytics and measurement
solutions for PMG's Financial Services and Retail clients, ensuring
every project is actionable, insightful, and aligned with client
goals. Partner with clients to understand their marketing
measurement challenges, crafting solutions that drive results and
elevate their strategies. Scope, plan, and manage projects from
start to finish, defining deliverables, timelines, and resource
needs to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams—including Media, Client Strategy, Data
Science, and Engineering—to design and implement measurement
strategies tailored to client objectives. Translate complex
analytics into clear, meaningful insights for both technical and
non-technical audiences, empowering teams and clients to act with
confidence. Oversee the development and maintenance of custom
analytics solutions, from data sourcing to SQL to data
visualization, while managing requests and troubleshooting issues.
Manage internal and external communications to ensure smooth
collaboration and alignment across teams and stakeholders. Mentor
and coach a team of data visualization analysts and data engineers,
fostering their growth while holding them accountable for
delivering high-quality work. Stay ahead of marketing measurement
trends, tools, and best practices, contributing to PMG's thought
leadership and driving innovation. Support business development by
contributing to RFPs and identifying opportunities to grow client
accounts through analytics solutions. What You Will Bring 5 years
of Analytics and Measurement experience or a related field, with a
bachelor's or master's degree Master's in Marketing Analytics,
Applied Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science or a similar
domain is a plus 1 years of experience managing a team of 3 direct
reports, with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and empower team
members while ensuring accountability. A high level of emotional
intelligence and a collaborative approach to leadership. Strong
knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks, including media mix
modeling, lift testing, and incrementality testing. Hands-on
experience with data warehousing solutions like Amazon Redshift,
BigQuery, or Snowflake to manage and analyze large datasets.
Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and overseeing data
processes to support marketing analytics. Familiarity with data
visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI to
create clear, actionable insights. Experience implementing and
managing ETL pipelines to streamline data workflows and ensure data
accuracy. Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data manipulation
and statistical modeling Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for
quick data manipulation and modeling and experience with dbt
Experience working with ad tech and digital marketing data, with a
deep understanding of how data drives decision-making across
channels. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to distill complex analytics into actionable
recommendations. Proven ability to build relationships in
fast-paced, cross-functional environments and deliver results under
tight timelines. A passion for working with diverse teams and
