execution of product strategy. Manage products from conception to
launch. This hybrid role involves a regular on-site schedule at
both our Temple location and Austin Hub, with multiple days spent
at each site weekly, therefore candidates must reside within a

you’ll do as an IT&D Product Manager: Define and communicate
the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales,
and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product
delivery. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to
identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Gather and
prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market
trends, and business objectives. Develop and maintain detailed
product specifications and documentation. Manage the product
lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch
activities. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to
drive continuous improvement. Present product updates and
performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly
demos. Serve as a key role on Agile team(s) and work onsite with
the team daily. Build close relationships with key stakeholders to
ensure the team’s efforts align with the overall strategy. Perform

Accountabilities: Provide coaching and feedback to IT&D
stakeholders across Agile team roles including Product Manager,
Product Owner, Scrum Master, Engineer, etc. Qualifications you’ll
bring as an IT&D Product Manager: Bachelor’s degree in computer
science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Five or more years of experience in product management within the
IT industry, preferably in a Fortune 100 company. Strong
understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of
the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum
methodologies is required. This position requires the ability to
read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to
perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes
understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and
communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly
