This is a full time permanent position working remotely, but we are looking for candidates based in around DFW (Dallas) area only.



60% Microsoft Server Administration
20% Azure Cloud - Must have
20% Network/LAN/WAN/Security



Responsibilities:



Administer Microsoft 365 Suite including MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Administer the local area network ("LAN"), the wide area network ("WAN"), as well as the backup structure;
Administer, configure and maintain servers, switches and routers (Azure or on-prem);
Work with the Cyber Security Data Engineer to establish and enforce cyber safety standards and procedures;
Monitor and control the technological infrastructure on a daily basis by following up & resolving incidents
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to other areas within IT;
Monitor technological updates to leverage innovative solutions to improve efficiencies of the infrastructure;
Perform any other related tasks that may assist in the proper functioning of the department





Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ yrs in Microsoft Network Management (AD, SCCM, GPO)
Experience managing virtual environments (VMWare and/or Hyper-V) and Cloud Computing (IAAS)
Strong knowledge of Managing the Microsoft 365 Suite including MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Intermediate level experience in local area network ("LAN"), the wide area network ("WAN"), as well as the backup structure;
Experience in managing Linux servers and advanced Linux administration
Experience with Linux automation (e.g. Puppet, Chef, Ansible) a plus
Advanced knowledge of IP addressing in a multi-site management context
Experience in IP telephony including unified communication systems
Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or 5 yrs hands-on experience infrastructure/systems management
Azure certifications preferred
Must have US Active passport (no visa candidates)
