Job Description:
Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term
healthcare services, seeks an experienced Workforce/Staffing
Manager to join our Human Resources and Talent Management team. In
this pivotal role, you will be tasked with overseeing and improving
our staffing strategies across multiple facilities in Texas to
ensure optimal patient care and staff satisfaction. The ideal
candidate will have a robust understanding of healthcare
operations, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance within
the healthcare sector. Your expertise will help maintain and
enhance our commitment to tailored and compassionate care for our
elderly residents. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans
to ensure appropriate staffing levels across all facilities.
Collaborate with facility managers and department heads to identify
staffing needs and optimize resource allocation. Monitor and
analyze staffing metrics to identify trends and areas for
improvement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local
laws related to employment and employee rights. Lead recruitment
efforts, working with HR to attract and retain top talent. Develop
and oversee training programs for staff to enhance skills and
ensure high-quality care delivery. Manage staffing budgets and
forecast needs and costs. Uphold the values and mission of
Touchstone Communities to provide exceptional care and support to
our residents. Strong understanding of HR principles, including
staffing, recruitment, and employee relations. Experience in data
analysis and workforce planning. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and workforce management
software. Ability to lead and inspire a team. 401k Professional in
Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR) certification preferred.
