Job Description Job Description Job Details: Title : Director of Surgical Services Location : Round Rock, TX 78681 Job Type : Full time Permanent Shift : Days (No Weekends) Salary : $100K to $150K Annually 15% Director Bonus Full-time Benefits Sign on : Case by Case Relocation : Case by Case Job Summary: The role of Director of Surgical Services leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments. Qualifications: BSN is required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred. 3 years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Texas state RN License. Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred. Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred.
