- High School Diploma or Equivalent (4 years additional relevant
experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) required or
- Bachelor's Degree requiredExperience
- 2 years recent experience in an ambulatory clinic setting as a
CMA or LVN (with Bachelor's Degree) required or
- 6 years recent experience in an ambulatory clinic setting as a
CMA or LVN (without Bachelor's Degree) required and
- 1 year of preferred adult training using different learning
toolsLicenses and Certifications
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire required or
- CMA - Medical Assistant Certified - Acquired through an
accredited program upon hire required and
- Other- CPR (BCLS) Certification upon hire requiredWhat You Will
DoCollaborates with Clinical Training team to conduct focused
training in a classroom setting:
- Assures a high-quality education and training experience by
utilization of evidence-based resources and best practices.
- Possesses knowledge of and ability to implement a wide variety
of interactive adult learning principles.Conducts competency
assessments in the classroom and/or the clinical setting:
- Observes employees in practical application of procedures,
assesses competencies and provides one-to-one training/coaching as
needed.Track Satisfactory Completion Of Required Staff Clinical
Competencies
- Documents performance and provides feedback to employee on
level of performance based on class objectives
- Completes employee evaluation forms in a timely
mannerAdditional Responsibilities
- Works with manager to continually provide feedback on training
and proficiency programs
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager and/or THPG
leadership to meet organization requirementsAdditional perks of
