These are new roles created due to company growth.Summary

Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the company.
Serving as the point of contact for market trends, utilizing various tools and technologies, and addressing TA delivery issues to improve recruitment processes.
Collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition.Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Workforce Planning or Talent Acquisition Intelligence Platforms.
- Experience working with senior management on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proactive and creative mindset.
