We are currently looking for a talented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier provides excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards . Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Works well in a team environment RESPONSIBILITIES Collects cash/checks or processes charge payments for guests Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during work shift Greets guests as they enter Answers the phone and cleans as necessary Sets up cash drawer and follows security procedures Completes opening and/or closing checklists Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly Must exhibit a sense of urgency Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others Must be able to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours
