Certification (or pending certification) from the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. Ongoing compliance with professional education requirements and standards. Eligibility for malpractice insurance coverage. Physical and Mental Requirements : Frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity for clinical procedures. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, handle medical equipment, and safely transfer patients. Capable of managing high-pressure and stressful situations effectively. Comfortable working flexible and unpredictable hours, including extended computer use.
