Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help
patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while

Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist
license or ability to obtain prior to assignment start. BLS (Basic
Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
required. Client requires 5 days per week availability as part of
the schedule. Ability to document in electronic medical records
commonly used in post-acute care settings. Preferred: experience
with geriatric populations, fall-risk assessment, and restorative
therapy programs. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing
Facility. Shift: Days. Shift schedule: 5 days per week. Location
