be considered. A Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise is
needed for a contract position in Teague, TX, working in a surgical
environment that demands precision and patient-centered care. This
role involves delivering direct care through medication
administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and
thorough documentation. The RN will monitor patient conditions
closely, communicate effectively with the healthcare team and
families, and support patients with daily living activities such as
personal hygiene and nutrition. Key responsibilities include
collaborating across disciplines to ensure seamless patient
transfers, discharges, and referrals while addressing spiritual and
psychosocial needs. The nurse will also assess patient and family
learning needs to provide tailored education and act as an advocate
for their holistic well-being. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Current Texas RN license Minimum of 2 years recent
experience in Operating Room nursing Valid ACLS, BLS, and PALS
certifications through the American Heart Association Familiarity
with surgery procedures and proficiency in operating Stryker
videotowers for laparoscopic surgeries Flexibility to respond
within one hour during weekday and weekend on-call shifts Ability
to float between two facilities as needed Work Schedule: Monday
through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM On-call and weekend availability
