Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Lead
Specialty to oversee specialty care units within our faith-based
healthcare network. This role is pivotal in implementing innovative
care techniques while ensuring high standards of patient care and
fostering a supportive environment for staff and patients alike. As
a clinical leader, you will collaborate closely with healthcare
professionals to enhance patient outcomes through efficient,
compassionate, and personalized healthcare services. Oversee the
nursing operations of specialty units, ensuring compliance with
healthcare regulations and Ascension policies. Mentor and support
nursing staff while promoting professional development and
education. Implement patient care standards and evaluate healthcare
outcomes, modifying practices based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and
coordinate care. Manage patient care emergencies and provide direct
care when needed. Advanced knowledge of specialty nursing practices
Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in
clinical and administrative healthcare software Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and
