Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 20 physicians and 60 CRNAs at John Peter Smith Hospital. Work alongside four dedicated OB anesthesiologists. We work closely with our hospital's CRNA colleagues to provide the best anesthesia care possible for the Fort Worth community. 13 main ORs, 3 OB suites, 3 GI suites, and 5 ORs in the ASC. Qualifications: Board-certified/board-eligible in anesthesia. High-risk OB experience preferred. Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: 7 - 24-hour shifts in the OB unit (or equivalent 12-hour shifts) in 4 weeks. Non OB shift paid extra if you choose to work. Key Responsibilities: Dedicated to obstetric anesthesia work—no non-OB/GYN coverage during OB shifts. Comfortable in a Level I trauma center with high-risk OB. Maternal levels of care Level IV – with a sizeable high-risk population, necessitating that we provide 24-hour coverage with OB-trained anesthesiologists Use EPIC, with access to our internal informatics platform.
