Job Title: RN - Case Management Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: RN License Required Certifications: None specified Description: This is a contract position for an RN in Case Management. The position requires a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no call requirements for this role. The unit has a total of 209 beds. There is a staff of 27, comprised of both RNs and social workers. Patient ratios are RN 1:25 and social worker 1:40. Equipment utilized includes Work Stations on Wheels (WOWs) and EMR systems such as Midas and Meditech. Candidates must have travel experience and case management experience. Preferred candidates will have experience with HCA case management and familiarity with Midas, Interqual, and Meditech. The role involves care coordination and discharge planning. Strong communication skills and vast clinical knowledge are crucial for success in this position. The dress code requires navy scrubs for RNs and olive green tops with black bottoms for social workers and case management assistants. Business casual attire with a white lab coat is acceptable.
