How you’ll make an impact in this role - Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring every specialist and team member is aligned for seamless, holistic recovery. - Implement and adapt personalized care plans by vigilantly monitoring patient progress to provide real-time, life-saving interventions when they matter most. - Execute physician and nursing orders with precision and clinical expertise to maintain the highest standards of safety and care excellence. - Lead the discharge planning process in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patients and their families are empowered and prepared for a successful transition home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (GN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking - 2 years ICU experience required.
