How you’ll make an impact in this role - Deliver expert nursing care across a variety of specialty units, using your clinical versatility to ensure safe, high-quality treatment for diverse patient populations. - Lead patient care coordination by acting as the primary link between specialists, ensuring recovery goals remain on track even in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Execute clinical orders with precision and speed, maintaining the highest standards of safety and excellence while supporting the unique needs of each unit you visit. - Monitor and document patient progress to provide a clear, accurate narrative of their journey, alerting the care team to vital changes in real-time. - Support seamless transitions by assessing patient care needs in collaboration with the wider healthcare team, ensuring every patient is prepared for their next step in healing. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking - 1 year of Registered Nursing experience.
