provide care across both family medicine and urgent care settings.

Family Practice Provide comprehensive primary care including
wellness exams, chronic disease management, preventive screenings,
immunizations, and medication management Diagnose and treat common
acute and chronic illnesses Educate patients and families on health
maintenance and disease prevention Manage patient care through
telemedicine and in-person visits Urgent Care Assess and treat
non-life-threatening conditions (colds, flu, infections, sprains,
minor injuries, burns, etc.) Perform point-of-care testing,
interpret labs and imaging Provide wound care, laceration repair,
and minor procedures as credentialed Collaborate with support staff
to ensure efficient patient flow Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Ensure compliance
with clinic policies, state regulations, and billing standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives Collaboration &
Professionalism Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and
administration to optimize operations Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and healthcare professionals Qualifications
Required Current NP or PA license in Texas Minimum 1 year of
experience in family medicine or urgent care National certification
(AANP/ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs) Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification; ACLS preferred Strong clinical judgment and
patient-centered approach Preferred Comfort treating patients
across all age ranges Experience with Athena EMR Flexibility to
