Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Arlington, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,434 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Medical Technologist Profession: Medical Technologist Specialty: Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 20:00 - 08:00 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: ASCP or NHA License Must-Have: Candidates must be a MT or MLT Generalist. Blood Bank experience is not required. Description: This is a travel position for a Medical Technologist in a laboratory setting. The unit has a total of 450 beds. There are 5 medical technologists and 3 phlebotomists per night shift. Candidates with prior experience are preferred. Commonly used equipment includes Sysmex for hematology, ACL Tops, Teg 5000, Atellica for chemistry, and Iris for urinalysis. Candidates must possess the required license and certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set as a generalist. The position includes a 7 on/off shift schedule, working seven consecutive days followed by seven days off.
