Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Granbury, TX Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,234 to $1,428 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical - Nights City/State: Granbury, Texas Shift: 18:45-07:15, Nights Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Surgical unit will provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a 40-bed facility with a patient ratio of 6:1. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care according to the nursing process. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate quality care. Document patient data and responses in electronic medical records (MEDHOST). Adhere to all clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements: RN License BLS (AHA or ARC) ACLS (AHA or ARC) 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing Ability to provide titers upon submission Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN A
