the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Endoscopy RN in Dallas, Texas, 75235! Job Title:
Endoscopy Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty:
Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 (07:30 -
16:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of endoscopy experience
License: Active Texas RN License or Compact License Certifications:
ACLS BLS Must-Have: Endoscopy experience with EGD, Colonoscopy, and
Bronchoscopy. Experience with advanced endoscopy techniques such as
ERCP, EUS, and POEM. Experience with Epic charting system.
Description: Seeking an Endoscopy Registered Nurse with a strong
background in various endoscopic procedures. Candidates must have
experience with EGD, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, ERCP, Endoflip,
ESD, and POEM. Advanced endoscopic skills in robotic-assisted
bronchoscopy and rigid bronchoscopy with stents are required. Must
be proficient in balloon dilators, forceps, and polyp snares.
Experience in administering and monitoring conscious sedation is
necessary. The nurse will be responsible for specimen handling and
labeling, as well as patient care during procedures. Daily patient
census ranges from 70 to 80 cases. Travelers must be available to
work during major holidays as required. No on-call or weekend
shifts are expected. Candidates should possess a comprehensive
understanding of opioid analgesics and reversal agents. Supporting
interdisciplinary teams, including interpretation services and
rapid response teams, will be part of the role. Compliance with
safety protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality is
essential. Candidates should have a full 7-year work history
available for review. Please ensure that all relevant
certifications are current and readily available for verification.
