Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a New Grad RN Resident in Orthopedics and

orientation, tailored preceptorships, and comprehensive training to

high-quality, patient-centered care in our dynamic hospital
settings. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
orthopedic and neurology patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Assist in the implementation of care
plans and the evaluation and monitoring of patient outcomes,
adjusting strategies as necessary. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, while also
participating in learning opportunities and training sessions.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies
and procedures. Administer medications and interventions safely and
effectively in response to patient conditions and physician orders.
Engage in ongoing educational activities to maintain competence and
gain additional expertise in specialty areas. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and
