Schedule Onsite Position Overview Optigy is seeking a
Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum assignment
in Corsicana, TX. This position offers flexible scheduling within a
24-hour emergency department that provides comprehensive acute care
services to the local community. Requirements Active T exas medical
license and TX DEA in hand Board Certified in Emergency Medicine,
Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, or
osteopathic equivalents) Residency trained in Emergency Medicine or
relevant specialty Must be willing to work day and night shifts If
board certified in Family or Internal Medicine, must have at least
2,000 hours of emergency department experience Current
certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS Annual requirement: 9
hours Trauma CME Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum emergency
medical care for adult and pediatric patients Collaborate with APPs
and clinical staff to maintain patient flow and safety Complete
accurate and timely documentation in EMR ( MedHost ) Participate in
quality improvement initiatives and uphold professional standards
of care Position Details Annual ED Volume: 21,000 Trauma Level: IV
24-hour physician coverage (12-hour shifts) 12-hour APP coverage
